James Baroud VISION | roof tent
Vision is the first folding tent in the world with gas piston opening. It offers the fastest setup and deployment of its kind thanks to its unique modified dome shape and fabric. It has the best wind resistance, withstanding gusts up to 120 km/h (55 mph). Once opened, it is the largest tent with interior space like no other. The patented James Baroud Evolution Fabric walls offer built-in insulation, while large windows, doors, and ventilation flaps can be opened for ventilation. Mounting rails on the underside ensure secure attachment to the roof rack. The tent can be mounted to open on the left, right, or rear of the vehicle.

The included James Baroud ladder adapts to the height of your vehicle, reaches a length of up to 2.4 m, supports up to 200 kg, and features non-slip, ergonomically designed steps. The feet are rubberized for a firm grip on various terrains, and the construction allows for slight bending of the ladder when the tent moves, so it does not damage the shell when secured in place.
The cover fabric is coated with six layers of aluminum, which reflects sunlight, reducing the heating of the tent inside.
They ensure greater stability and safety of the tent. They can be individually adjusted according to the height of the tent from the ground. The shape of the construction helps when closing the tent, without any manual intervention.

James Baroud provides a 5-year warranty upon registration, covering the mechanism, fabric, tent supports, ladder and its attachment, zippers, mosquito net, mattresses, rails, and attachment.
The laminate finish, solar fan, LED light, and tent locks are covered by a standard 2-year warranty.
In case of a warranty repair request, an invoice and photos or video footage showing the defect will be required.
Parts and tent fabrics are available for many years, even after the warranty expires. Each tent is equipped with a serial number, so the manufacturer knows which replacement parts fit even after many years.
